Edward John Comport Argar (born 9 December 1977) is a British politician serving as Chief Secretary to the Treasury since 2022. A member of the Conservative Party, he previously served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice from 2018 and 2019 and Minister of State for Health from 2019 and 2022. Argar has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Charnwood since the 2015 general election.
