As a freshman in 2018, she was named NFCA National Freshman of the Year and was selected as a first-team All-American. She was named USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year in 2021 and 2022. She is the NCAA Division I career leader in home runs.[1] Alo was drafted first overall by the Smash It Vipers in the inaugural Women's Professional Fastpitch draft.
