Taking charge of the club on the brink of relegation from the Football League in 2008, Howe subsequently guided Bournemouth from the bottom of League Two to the Premier League for the first time in the club's history, being named Football League Manager of the Decade in 2015 following three promotions over a seven year period.[2][3]
